Terms of reference

Effective for the first commercial version of Pulso.

1. What is sold

A productized commercial-reception service: capture page, automated replies from approved knowledge, opportunity board, reminders with consent, and limited support. It is not a custom web agency, not a medical/legal/financial advisor, and not a guaranteed sales engine.

2. Lethal disclaimers

• No promise of “zero lost clients”, “AI closes the sale”, or 24/7 human coverage.
• The assistant must not diagnose, prescribe, quote firm legal/financial advice, or invent prices.
• Results depend on the business answering escalations, availability, reputation and actual offer.
• WhatsApp Cloud API, templates and marketing conversations outside the 24-hour window may have third-party fees.

3. Client duties

The client keeps their WhatsApp Business number, provides truthful service data, approves scripts, honours booked slots, and obtains consent for follow-up.

4. Data

Leads belong to the client. Quantive operates the system as processor. Export CSV to the client CRM is available. Demos use fictional data.

5. Liability

Quantive Insight is not liable for lost sales, lost profit, missed appointments the client did not confirm, clinical/legal/financial advice (which the assistant must not give), or outages of Meta, OpenAI, electricity, client internet or third-party hosting. If a claim is admitted, it is limited to fees actually paid for Pulso in the three months before the claim. No consequential or punitive damages. The client indemnifies Quantive for claims that arise from script content the client approved or from asking the assistant to operate outside these terms.

6. Fees and term

Monthly fee starts on installation. Invoices are due in 7 days. Late invoices pause non-essential changes, not the reception itself for 15 days. 6-month minimum if setup is discounted.

7. Domains

One domain per client site. The public landing is the face of the brand; the reception area (chat, forms, board) is the standard Pulso service. Custom domains are configured with Quantive when you are ready.
